This morning, for the third time this week I made the short trip (15 mins) to Castleton. Unlike the earlier visits there was some mist in the bottom with the promise of some colour in the sky so I decided to get the camera out of the bag. This spot is getting so popular now. There were dozens of photographers scattered about; the parking spots that are empty during the week all taken, cars shoved up-close to walls and Silhouettes of tripods stood out on the horizon.
I also had the good fortune to run into Mark Bagguley, who I used to work with. Not so lucky for him as his drone had sucked all the power from its battery and decided to land half way up a slope. He got it back though.
Here’s a mist time lapse and a shot of sunrise.
